Terms of Service

By purchasing a coaching session from Mid.Coach ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase a session.

These terms form a binding contract between you and Mid.Coach. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make this purchase.

Each coaching session includes a 90-minute one-on-one session with your assigned coach, delivered remotely via Discord. A session covers some combination of:

• Full VOD breakdown of one of your recent ranked games
• Live game coaching with real-time guidance
• OP.GG review of your match history
• Personalized improvement notes
• A concrete plan of action

The exact contents of each session are agreed between you and your coach in advance.

After purchase, we will contact you on the Discord username you provided at checkout to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time.

For multi-session bundles, sessions can be scheduled individually as you progress. Bundles must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

You can reschedule a session by giving us at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions that you fail to attend without notice are considered delivered and are not refundable.

Once a coaching session has been scheduled, the purchase is non-refundable. By scheduling a session you confirm that you wish the service to be performed and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 (Article 16(m)) for that session.

Before any session is scheduled, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing fullownage090@gmail.com.

For multi-session bundles, only sessions that have not yet been scheduled are refundable. Already-scheduled or already-delivered sessions are non-refundable.

During coaching sessions, you agree to:

• Treat your coach with respect
• Show up to scheduled sessions on time
• Not record sessions without explicit permission from your coach
• Not redistribute, resell, or publish session content (notes, VOD commentary, custom strategies) without our written consent

We reserve the right to terminate a session and refuse future bookings to anyone who violates these conditions, with no refund for already-scheduled sessions.

League of Legends is a competitive game and your individual results depend on factors outside of our control — practice time, mental state, server, teammates, and Riot's ongoing balance changes. We provide expert guidance based on Challenger-level experience but we do not guarantee specific rank improvements, win rates, or LP gains from any session or bundle.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a coaching session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost rank, lost time, or any consequences of decisions you make based on coaching advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

All content on the website (guides, blog posts, branding) is owned by Mid.Coach. You may read and share links to our public content but may not copy or republish it without permission.

Personalized session notes provided to you during coaching are for your own use. You may not redistribute or sell them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
